Our automotive lightweight cooperated factory located in Shandong Binzhou covering 160 acres with a total construction area of 30,000 square meters, who has 2 melting and casting production lines, 4 forging production lines and international advanced level experimental testing equipment, annual production capacity is 10,000 tons of high-end aluminum alloy forgings and 50,000 tons of high-quality aluminum alloy ingots per year.

They have the management system certification of GJB 9001C, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, GB/T 28001, ISO 14001, and have a provincial engineering research center and a municipal enterprise technology center. In 2018, they obtained the national high-tech enterprise certification, in 2019, owned the third-level confidentiality qualification certification of weapon equipment scientific research and production units. At present, they plan to build the second phase of the "high-performance aluminum alloy forging deep processing".

In addition, as a member of the Group, we cooperate with our sister units within the Group and currently develop hydraulic transmission parts for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, and industrial construction vehicles.

The torque converter is a hydraulic transmission component. As the core component of the automatic speed changing system, it is widely used in a variety of vehicles, engineering machinery, petrochemical industry, electric power industry and other fields.

Main Feature

It is mainly featured by taking the hydraulic transmission oil as the transmission medium. There is no rigid contact between the active and passive components. It has the adaptive ability of stepless speed and torque change with the change of load, which can effectively attenuate the torsional vibration and dynamic load of the engine and transmission system, allowing the vehicle equipped with the torque converter have good start ability, acceleration and motion stability.
